BPC-157 (10 mg Vial)
Dosing & reconstitution protocol
Quick Reference
Overview
BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound-157) is a synthetic 15-amino-acid peptide derived from a gastric protein sequence studied for tissue-healing and cytoprotective properties. This protocol uses a 3.0 mL reconstitution of the 10 mg vial for a ~3.33 mg/mL concentration, keeping per-injection units well above 5 for accuracy.
Dosing & Reconstitution Guide
| Phase | Daily Dose | Units | Volume |
|---|---|---|---|
| Weeks 1–2 | 200 mcg (0.2 mg) | 6 units | 0.06 mL |
| Weeks 3–4 | 400 mcg (0.4 mg) | 12 units | 0.12 mL |
| Weeks 5–8+ | 600 mcg (0.6 mg) | 18 units | 0.18 mL |
Reconstitution Instructions
Draw 3.0 mL bacteriostatic water with a sterile syringe.
Inject slowly down the vial wall; avoid foaming.
Gently swirl/roll until dissolved (do not shake).
Label and refrigerate at 2–8 °C (35.6–46.4 °F), protected from light.

Supplies Needed
- ✓Peptide Vials (BPC-157, 10 mg): 3 vials (~25.2 mg used)
- ✓Insulin Syringes (U-100): 56 syringes (7/week)
- ✓Bacteriostatic Water (10 mL): 1 bottle (9 mL needed)
- ✓Alcohol Swabs: 2 × 100-count boxes (112 swabs)
Dosing Protocol
Schedule
Inject once daily subcutaneously. Gradual titration from 200 mcg up to 600 mcg over the first 4 weeks.
Cycle Structure
Run for 8–12 weeks continuously. Extend to 16 weeks if desired. Follow with a 2–4 week break before repeating.
Timing
Any consistent time daily; rotate injection sites (abdomen, thighs, upper arms).
Storage & Handling
- ✓Lyophilized: Store at −20 °C (−4 °F) in dry, dark conditions; minimize moisture exposure.
- ✓Reconstituted: Refrigerate at 2–8 °C (35.6–46.4 °F); avoid freeze–thaw cycles.
- ✓Allow vials to reach room temperature before opening to reduce condensation uptake.
- ✓Do not freeze reconstituted solution.
- ✓Discard if solution becomes cloudy or contains visible particles.
Important Notes
- ✓All products sold by JA Performance Peptides are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes and are not approved for human consumption, veterinary use, or therapeutic application. Not for human use.
- ✓Use new sterile insulin syringes for each injection; dispose in a sharps container.
- ✓Rotate injection sites (abdomen, thighs, upper arms) to reduce local irritation.
- ✓Inject slowly; wait a few seconds before withdrawing the needle.
- ✓Document daily dose and site rotation to maintain consistency.
