What we collect
To process an order we collect your name, email, shipping address, phone (optional), and the items you order. If you subscribe to the newsletter we collect your name, email, and the source of your signup. If you message us through the contact form we store your name, email, subject, and message.
How we use it
- Fulfilling and shipping your order
- Sending you order and shipping notifications
- Responding to your support messages
- Sending newsletter emails you've opted into
- Preventing fraudulent orders and chargebacks
Who we share it with
We share only what's necessary with our payment processors, shipping carriers, and hosting providers (Supabase, Vercel). We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
How we store it
Order and customer data is stored in an encrypted Postgres database hosted by Supabase in Canada. Access is restricted to authorized staff.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by emailing japerformance@proton.me. We'll respond within 30 days as required under PIPEDA.
Cookies
We use essential cookies only (cart, age gate, newsletter dismissal). We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
