Overview

Lemon Bottle is applied using a point/grid subcutaneous injection technique across the targeted adipose area, rather than a single systemic dose. Small volumes are placed at evenly spaced points so the riboflavin, lecithin, and bromelain blend distributes across the treatment zone. Sessions are spaced 1–2 weeks apart to allow the metabolic and inflammatory response from the prior session to resolve before the area is re-treated.

Reconstitution Instructions

1.

Lemon Bottle is supplied as a ready-to-use sterile solution — no reconstitution is required.

2.

Visually inspect the vial for particulates or discolouration; discard if the solution is compromised.

3.

Draw the required volume using a sterile syringe and a fine-gauge needle (30–32G recommended for facial/submental areas, 27–30G for body areas).

4.

Mark injection points in a grid pattern spaced approximately 1–1.5 cm apart across the treatment area.

5.

Cleanse the area with an alcohol swab and allow it to air-dry before injecting.

6.

Inject 0.1–0.2 mL subcutaneously at each marked point; avoid intramuscular or intravascular injection.

7.

Apply gentle pressure with sterile gauze after each point; ice application post-treatment may reduce localised swelling.

Dosing Protocol

Schedule

Sessions are spaced 1–2 weeks apart per treatment area, allowing local inflammation to resolve and released fat to be metabolised before the next session.

Session Count

Most protocols run 4–6 sessions per area, with visible contouring effects typically assessed starting from the 3rd session.

Technique

Use a consistent grid/point injection pattern (~1–1.5 cm spacing) for even distribution; avoid concentrating volume at any single point.
