Where do I find my order number?
Your order number (format: JAP-YYYY-XXXX) is in your confirmation email sent right after checkout. Check your spam folder if you can’t find it.
When will I get a tracking number?
Tracking is emailed once your order is scanned by the carrier — usually within 1 business day of payment confirmation. It also appears here the moment your order ships.
What does “Pending Payment” mean?
We’ve received your order but are waiting for your Interac e-Transfer. Send the exact total to japerformance@proton.me with your order number as the reference. Orders are held for 48 hours.
How long does shipping take across Canada?
Ontario & Quebec: 1–3 business days. Alberta / BC / Maritimes: 2–5 business days. Rural and northern addresses: up to 7 business days.
My tracking number isn’t updating.
Carrier systems can take 12–24 hours to show the first scan after label creation. If there’s no movement after 2 business days, email us at japerformance@proton.me and we’ll look into it.
