Sleep Protocol Stack — DSIP + CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin
Sleep, recovery & growth hormone stack protocol
Quick Reference
Overview
The Sleep Protocol Stack combines DSIP, CJC-1295 (No DAC), and Ipamorelin to investigate the intersection of sleep quality, growth hormone secretion, and overnight recovery. DSIP (Delta Sleep-Inducing Peptide) is a nonapeptide studied for its ability to promote slow-wave (delta) sleep and modulate circadian rhythm — research models have documented reduced sleep onset latency and improved sleep architecture. CJC-1295 (No DAC / Modified GRF 1-29) is a GHRH analogue that stimulates pituitary GH release with a ~30-minute active window, ideal for pre-sleep GH pulse amplification. Ipamorelin is a selective ghrelin mimetic (GHRP) that synergistically amplifies GH secretion through a distinct receptor, producing a clean GH pulse without significant cortisol or prolactin co-stimulation. Administered together 30–60 minutes before sleep, this stack targets deep sleep induction, overnight anabolic signalling, tissue repair, and body composition research models.
Dosing & Reconstitution Guide
| Phase | Daily Dose | Units | Volume |
|---|---|---|---|
| Nightly (DSIP) | 100–300 mcg | 10–30 units (at ~1 mg/mL) | 0.10–0.30 mL |
| Nightly (CJC-1295) | 100–300 mcg | Per vial concentration | Per vial concentration |
| Nightly (Ipamorelin) | 100–300 mcg | Per vial concentration | Per vial concentration |
Reconstitution Instructions
Allow all three vials to reach room temperature.
Reconstitute DSIP: draw 1.0 mL bacteriostatic water with a sterile syringe; inject slowly down the vial wall and swirl gently until dissolved.
Reconstitute CJC-1295: draw 2.0 mL bacteriostatic water with a fresh syringe; inject slowly and swirl.
Reconstitute Ipamorelin: draw 2.0 mL bacteriostatic water with a fresh syringe; inject slowly and swirl.
Label each vial with the compound name and reconstitution date; refrigerate at 2–8 °C, protected from light. Use within 28 days.

Supplies Needed
- ✓DSIP Vials: 2–4 vials (depending on vial mg size)
- ✓CJC-1295 (No DAC) Vials: 2–3 vials
- ✓Ipamorelin Vials: 2–3 vials
- ✓Insulin Syringes (U-100): 112 syringes
- ✓Bacteriostatic Water (10 mL): 1–2 bottles
- ✓Alcohol Swabs: 224 swabs
Dosing Protocol
Schedule
Administer all three compounds via subcutaneous injection 30–60 minutes before sleep. Fasting for 2–3 hours before injection maximises GH pulse amplitude — avoid carbohydrates and insulin-spiking foods in the pre-injection window.
DSIP Dosing
Start at 100 mcg nightly for weeks 1–2; titrate to 200–300 mcg based on sleep quality response and tolerance.
CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin Dosing
Begin both at 100 mcg each nightly; increase to 200–300 mcg each from week 3 if well-tolerated. CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin may be drawn into the same syringe for a single combined injection, administered separately from DSIP.
Cycle Structure
8–12 weeks on, followed by a 4-week off period. The rest period allows the GH axis to reset, maintaining pulse amplitude on resumption.
Storage & Handling
- ✓Lyophilized: Store at −20 °C (−4 °F) in dry, dark conditions; minimize moisture exposure.
- ✓Reconstituted: Refrigerate at 2–8 °C (35.6–46.4 °F); avoid freeze–thaw cycles.
- ✓Allow vials to reach room temperature before opening to reduce condensation uptake.
- ✓Do not freeze reconstituted solution.
- ✓Discard if solution becomes cloudy or contains visible particles.
Important Notes
- ✓All products sold by JA Performance Peptides are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes and are not approved for human consumption, veterinary use, or therapeutic application. Not for human use.
- ✓CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin may be combined into a single syringe for one nightly injection — keep DSIP in a separate syringe.
- ✓Avoid carbohydrates for 2–3 hours before dosing to prevent insulin-driven blunting of the GH pulse.
- ✓DSIP's sleep-promoting effects are best evaluated in a controlled sleep environment — minimise light and noise exposure after injection.
- ✓Use new sterile syringes for each injection; dispose in a sharps container.
- ✓Rotate injection sites nightly to reduce local tissue irritation.
