Injectable Oxymetholone (Anadrol) is an oil-based suspension of the potent 17α-alkylated androgen oxymetholone. Reconstitution Instructions
Warm the vial to room temperature (do not heat above 35 °C) and swirl gently to ensure uniform suspension.
Draw the required volume using a larger-gauge needle (18–21 G) for accurate measurement.
Switch to an appropriate injection needle (23–25 G, 1–1.5 in) for intramuscular administration.
Clean the injection site with an alcohol swab and allow to dry before injecting.
Inject slowly and deeply into a large muscle (glute, vastus lateralis, or deloid).
Label the vial with the date opened; discard any unused portion after 28 days.

Dosing Protocol
Schedule
Administer daily or every other day via intramuscular injection. Daily dosing produces more stable plasma levels; EOD dosing reduces injection frequency.
Cycle Length
Limit cycles to 4–6 weeks maximum. Extended use significantly elevates liver enzyme markers and cardiovascular risk in research models.
Site Rotation
Rotate between gluteus maximus, vastus lateralis, and deltoid. Do not inject the same site on consecutive days.
Storage & Handling
- ✓Store at room temperature (15–25 °C); do not refrigerate or freeze oil-based suspensions.
- ✓Protect from direct light and heat sources.
- ✓If the solution separates or crystallises, warm gently (37 °C water bath) and swirl until uniform before use.
- ✓Discard if particulate matter is visible after warming or if the vial integrity is compromised.
- ✓Do not share vials between research subjects.
