Reconstitution Instructions
Allow both vials to reach room temperature.
Draw 1.0 mL bacteriostatic water with a sterile syringe; inject slowly down the Selank vial wall and swirl gently until dissolved.
Using a fresh syringe, draw 1.0 mL bacteriostatic water and reconstitute the Semax vial in the same manner.
Label each vial with the compound name and reconstitution date; refrigerate at 2–8 °C, protected from light. Use within 28 days.

Dosing Protocol
Schedule
Administer both peptides once or twice daily via subcutaneous injection. For a split protocol: inject Semax in the morning to leverage its stimulating effects, and Selank in the evening for stress recovery and calm focus. For a combined protocol: inject both in the morning.
Cycle Length
4–8 weeks on, followed by a 2–4 week off period to preserve receptor sensitivity.
Timing
Avoid Semax late in the day if sleep sensitivity is a concern — its stimulatory effects can persist for several hours. Selank is well-tolerated at any time of day.
