Wolverine Stack
BPC-157 + TB-500 combined dosing protocol
Quick Reference
Overview
The Wolverine Stack pairs BPC-157 and TB-500 — two complementary healing peptides that together cover the full tissue repair cascade. BPC-157 acts locally, driving angiogenesis and collagen synthesis at injury sites through VEGFR2 and FAK-paxillin pathway activation. TB-500 acts systemically, mobilising stem cells from bone marrow and promoting cell migration through G-actin sequestration. Together they address all three phases of repair: inflammation suppression, proliferation, and remodelling. Reconstitute each vial separately with 3.0 mL bacteriostatic water for a working concentration of ~3.33 mg/mL per vial.
Dosing & Reconstitution Guide
| Phase | Daily Dose | Units | Volume |
|---|---|---|---|
| Weeks 1–2 (BPC-157) | 400 mcg | 12 units | 0.12 mL |
| Weeks 3–8+ (BPC-157) | 600 mcg | 18 units | 0.18 mL |
| Weeks 1–2 (TB-500) | 2,000 mcg (2x/wk) | 60 units | 0.60 mL |
| Weeks 3–8+ (TB-500) | 2,500 mcg (2x/wk) | 75 units | 0.75 mL |
Reconstitution Instructions
Allow both vials to reach room temperature.
Draw 3.0 mL bacteriostatic water with a sterile syringe.
Inject slowly down the BPC-157 vial wall; swirl gently until dissolved.
Repeat with a fresh syringe and 3.0 mL BAC water for the TB-500 vial.
Label each vial with name and date; refrigerate at 2–8 °C, protected from light.

Supplies Needed
- ✓BPC-157 (10 mg vials): 4 vials (~33.6 mg used)
- ✓TB-500 (10 mg vials): 3 vials (~32 mg used)
- ✓Insulin Syringes (U-100): 72 syringes

- ✓Alcohol Swabs: 144 swabs
Dosing Protocol
BPC-157 Schedule
Inject 400–600 mcg subcutaneously once daily. For localized injuries, inject near the target tissue. For systemic use, rotate between abdomen, thighs, and upper arms.
TB-500 Schedule
Inject 2.0–2.5 mg subcutaneously twice per week (e.g., Monday and Thursday). Injection site is not critical — TB-500 distributes systemically regardless of where it is administered.
Cycle Structure
Run both peptides concurrently for 8–12 weeks. Follow with a 4-week break before repeating. BPC-157 may be extended beyond 12 weeks if needed; TB-500 is typically cycled.
Timing
BPC-157 can be taken at any consistent time daily. TB-500 injections are not time-sensitive. Both may be administered the same day without interaction.
Storage & Handling
- ✓Lyophilized: Store both vials at −20 °C (−4 °F) in dry, dark conditions.
- ✓Reconstituted: Refrigerate at 2–8 °C (35.6–46.4 °F); keep vials separate and clearly labelled.
- ✓Do not freeze reconstituted solutions; ice crystals physically damage peptide structure.
- ✓Allow vials to reach room temperature before each use to minimize condensation.
- ✓Discard any vial that becomes cloudy, discoloured, or develops visible particles.
- ✓Use each reconstituted vial within 28–30 days.
Important Notes
- ✓All products sold by JA Performance Peptides are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes and are not approved for human consumption, veterinary use, or therapeutic application. Not for human use.
- ✓Keep BPC-157 and TB-500 in separate, clearly labelled vials — do not mix in the same syringe.
- ✓Use a fresh sterile syringe for each injection and each vial puncture.
- ✓BPC-157 is most effective when injected subcutaneously near the target injury site.
- ✓TB-500 injection site does not affect systemic distribution.
- ✓Rotate BPC-157 injection sites if multiple areas are being targeted.
- ✓Document daily doses, sites, and timing for each compound separately.
