How to Calculate GHK-Cu Injection Dosage

Concentration (mg/mL) = Vial size (mg) ÷ Reconstitution volume (mL)
50 mg ÷ 3.0 mL  = ~16.67 mg/mL

Units on a U-100 syringe = (Desired dose in mg ÷ Concentration in mg/mL) × 100

On a standard U-100 insulin syringe, 1 unit = 0.01 mL. So for the 50 mg vial at 16.67 mg/mL, a 1.0 mg dose is 0.06 mL, or 6 units. For the 100 mg vial at 33.3 mg/mL, that same 1.0 mg dose is only 0.03 mL, or 3 units — half the injection volume, because the solution is twice as concentrated.
